Custom orders start from $150 CAD. Final pricing depends on materials and complexity — we confirm everything before you proceed.

Getting your ring size right is critical — especially on high-value custom orders. We strongly recommend our ring sizer set for the most accurate measurement. If you don't know your size yet, type "Need sizer" in the form and we'll sort it before starting your order.
Custom orders are final sale. If your ring doesn't fit due to an incorrect size provided without using a ring sizer, we are unable to offer a remake. If you used our ring sizer set and still got the wrong size, we'll remake it — you cover the cost of shipping and materials.
