Refund policy

We have a 14-day limited return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that my made to order rings may only be exchanged. Note that the vast majority of my rings are made to order. If you are unsure, please ask.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ring sizing and free ring sizer

If you're unsure of your ring size, select "Unsure" at checkout. We'll ship a free ring sizer to you before starting production. Once you've measured, email your size to: drrings1@gmail.com and we'll begin crafting your ring.

Timeline:
Sizer ships within 1 business day of your order. (note: we're currently waiting on a new shipment of sizers.
Production begins once you confirm your size.
Standard production time of 3 days applies from the date you confirm.

If you don't email your size back

Because production has not yet started, your order will automatically be refunded after 60 days if no size has been confirmed. In the meantime, we'll send friendly reminders at the following intervals after your sizer is delivered: Day 5, Day 10, Day 30, and Day 45. You can confirm your size whenever you're ready and we'll start production immediately. If you'd prefer to cancel before production begins, email us any time for a full refund.

If the ring doesn't fit — you used the sizer

We craft your ring to the exact size you confirm, so if it doesn't fit we offer a remake at cost: you cover materials and labour only, with no markup. You're responsible for return shipping of the original ring; we cover shipping of the remade one.

If the ring doesn't fit — you skipped the sizer

If you chose a size at checkout without using the sizer and the ring doesn't fit, we offer a remake at 50% off the original price. You're responsible for return shipping of the original ring; we cover shipping of the remade one.

What we can't do

Mid-production size changes — once we've started making your ring at the size you confirmed, the design is locked. Refunds on finished rings due to sizing — because every ring is made to order, finished rings can't be refunded for sizing issues; we'll only remake under the policies above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that my made to order rings can be exchanged, but not refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Refunds for items in the Just Metal and Quick Ship sections may be refunded.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Only exchanges are accepted on my made to order rings.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
