If you have ordered the incorrect size, please use this link to order your bentwood exchange ring. It is not to be used to replace your ring with another design. Custom-ordered products cannot be exchanged, so please see a jeweler for correct sizing before you order. Most of our products are handmade to order, so at minimum we must recover some basic costs when providing a replacement. Note that our hand-made inlay rings incur additional fees for materials (stone, wire, shop supplies, etc.) and slightly different fees depending the inner core material. The original ring must be returned unworn and in new condition at the customer's expense. Please include any boxes that shipped with the original ring. Fees will be charged only for materials and shipping, and the replacement ring will ship when the original has been received. Fees will be based on our wholesale cost for materials, to keep the exchange expenses as low as possible. Shipping is calculated based on your location. If you have moved you must ensure that the new address attaches to your new ring exchange order here. Specific return instructions for Exchanges by location are provided below. The ring exchange service can only be used once per original order. Thank you.
