If you have ordered the incorrect size, please use this link to order your exchange ring. Most of our products are handmade to order, so at minimum we must recover some basic costs when providing a replacement. The original ring must be returned unworn and in new condition at the customer's expense. Please include any boxes that shipped with the original ring. Fees will be charged only for materials and shipping, and the replacement ring will ship when the original has been received. Note that the cost of materials varies greatly, so a flat rate has been calculated to simplify the fees. Fees will be based on our wholesale cost for materials, to keep the expense as low as possible. Shipping is calculated based on your location.
